Synopsis

Ex-con Kris Chaney kidnaps the daughter of a Colombian gangster to honor a promise to her mother. As her father unleashes the criminal underworld and a deranged killer in pursuit of revenge, Kris must draw on all his skills to survive and uphold his vow.
